Paul joined Roth Custom Solutions at the beginning of 2025, building on a long-standing professional partnership with Dylan that began years earlier in the green industry. Their shared belief—that quality work and beautiful spaces should be accessible to everyday families—made Roth Custom Solutions a natural fit.

Paul is passionate about helping clients solve problems, bring clarity to complicated projects, and turn ideas into spaces that bring families and communities together. He brings a calm approach, creative thinking, and commitment to excellence to every client interaction.

Paul and his wife, Cailee, are raising six children through both birth and adoption and have a deep passion for foster care. Outside of work, you’ll find Paul spending time with his kids, watching just about any sport that’s on TV, and playing golf (enthusiasm far outweighs skill).
